The Thermomix® gives you 23+ automated modes turning complex cooking tasks into one-touch magic. It's like having a full kitchen team inside one sleek machine. With intelligent cooking modes, this sensor-based cooking for more precision enhances your cooking experience & is designed to make everyday cooking easier, faster and more precise.

The screen is 10 inches in size on the TM7 and has a simple layout with a multi-touch display offering a complete Guided Cooking experience.  The screen offers clear visuals, easy swiping and intuitive navigation to make cooking feel as simple as using a tablet. And don't worry if your hands are wet, the screen is designed to cope with this!

The stainless steel bowl is a 2.2 litre bowl, the same as the previous model, the TM6, so it works with all Cookidoo® recipes. You also have 200 recipes pre-loaded on the Thermomix.  The stainless steel bowl is covered with a black ribbed plastic coating to provide better insulation of the bowl, provide a Thermomix® to table option given the sleek design and helps to avoid hot bowls.  It's durable, hygienic and ideal for heating, blending, chopping and more.

The motor on the Thermomix® has a powerful motor giving you precise control from delicate stirring to high-speed blending & yet it is a silent motor, so you won't even know it's on. With a starting range of 40 RPM for a gentle stir up to 10,700 RPM for turbo chopping, the Thermomix delivers remarkable versatility through its precise and extensive RPM range.

The base has a green light behind the screen that goes red as it gets hot and the base also has a stabiliser 'slider' built in to it which stops any movement from the Thermomix® on the work surface during modes such as dough mode to keep it stable. 

The Varoma is Thermomix’s powerful steaming attachment and its large size is key to making it a true game-changer in the kitchen, being 45% bigger at 6.8 litres than it's previous model, the TM6.  The generous capacity lets you steam a full family meal in one go — from fish fillets and vegetables to dumplings, rice, or even puddings.  The large Varoma transforms your Thermomix® into a multilevel steamer, helping you cook bigger, healthier, and more efficiently — all while keeping your hands free and your kitchen clean.

Also with the upgrade of the tech in the TM7, there will be better scope in the future for modes to be added to it.

The TM7 offers 20+ cooking & prepping modes, grouped as follows:

• Manual Mode – Customise time, temperature and speed freely. Great for replicating your own recipes with precision.
   
• Open Cooking – A TM7-first: allows cooking with the lid off at up to 100 °C and no knife rotation—perfect for stirring, seasoning or keeping an eye on delicate dishes without interrupting the process. 

• Browning – High-heat sauté or sear to build deep flavour. The TM7 actually offers two types of browning - intense or delicate.
   
• Steaming (Varoma) – Uses the Varoma attachments to steam vegetables, fish, dumplings or even layer cooking.
   
• Dough (Kneading) – Mimics hand-kneading for perfect breads, pizza, or pastry doughs.
   
• Blending – Smooth blending for soups, smoothies, purées—automated speed ramp-up ensures silky results.
   
• Egg Boiler – Automatically cooks eggs to desired doneness (soft, medium, hard).
   
• Kettle – Heats water (or other liquids) to precise temperatures, e.g., 80 °C for tea or 100 °C for pasta.
   
• Thicken – For smooth custards, puddings, and sauces—combines gentle heating and stirring.
