About Thermomix® & Me

& myMy name is Sara Joiner-Jarrett & I am an Independent Thermomix® Advisor & my journey with Thermomix® began in 2017 when I had two young children and little inspiration for family meals beyond packets and ready meals full of preservatives and additives. Life was busy with work and after- school clubs, so I usually cooked whatever was quickest and easiest, rotating the same meals every couple of weeks. I wanted to cook one fabulous meal for the whole family — not separate meals for the children and adults — but it needed to be easy and quick.

Then I was invited to a Thermomix® demo. I’d never heard of Thermomix® before despite owning plenty of kitchen gadgets! We cooked several recipes and when it washed itself up, I was sold. I decided to earn my Thermomix® for free through the Advisor earning programme.

Very quickly, family mealtimes changed completely. I was cooking from scratch, knew exactly what was going into our food, reduced food waste and shopping costs, and started making a huge variety of meals I’d never have attempted before. I planned meals, created shopping lists and learned new cooking skills — all while getting my time back because Thermomix® chopped, stirred and cooked for me, leaving me free to help with homework or get on with family life.

My original plan was simply to earn my own Thermomix® and leave, but years later I’m still here, helping busy people, busy mums, can’t cooks, won’t cooks and anyone wanting to be more creative in the kitchen to discover what Thermomix® can do for them, just like I found out at my first demo.
